As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for our clients post-sale. You will lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth implementation and maximum value from our solutions. Your mission is to build strong relationships, reduce churn, and foster customer loyaltyResponsibilities:
- Manage customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and installation
- Provide training and weekly follow-ups to ensure adoption
- Monitor customer health and act proactively to prevent churn
- Advocate for customers internally and provide insights to the Product Team
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote product value
- Review complaints and continuously improve customer experience
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or project coordination
- Experience from Sales roles or involvement in sales processes
- Experience in SaaS, mobility, or tech solutions preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
