Then this could be the role for you! Apply today!TicTac Learn is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team, with this role based in Malmö. In this position, you will be the central point of contact for our customers, collaborating closely with Sales and the Customer Success team. You will take ownership of client relationships after purchase and guide them through an exciting digital learning journey, helping them get the most value from our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout their journey and ensuring a positive experience with our solutions
Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular communication to support customer health and long-term success
Guide customers during onboarding and adoption phases, helping them get the most value from our platforms
Provide support via helpdesk and customer service channels, coordinating internally when needed
Act as a bridge between customers, Sales, and internal teams to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and drive successful outcomes
Contribute to the development of engaging learning content and customer enablement materials using tools such as Articulate and Vyond
What We Are Looking For
Experience in Customer Success, support, or another client-facing role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience leading client meetings and training sessions
Technical understanding and curiosity, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken). Additional Nordic languages are a plus
A collaborative mindset with a "can-do" attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
