About the role

On behalf of our client - a well-established, mid-sized marketing company with around 500 employees - we at Talentora are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote position focused entirely on the Swedish market, where you will own and grow client relationships while driving business results in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What you'll do

Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts across the Swedish market

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing solutions that meet client goals

Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports for clients

Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity in Sweden

Who you are

At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing role

Background in or strong understanding of the marketing industry

Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
