Your Mission
As ourContent Design Intern, you will play a key role in supporting theBruce Studioscreative engine. Working directly alongside our Content Designer and Creative Director, you will assist in full-funnel production-from high-level concepts to final delivery. This is a hands-on opportunity to build high-impact creative assets for paid and organic social media, while gaining deep insights into how a modern Growth team operates at scale.
What You'll Do
- Design & Execute: Help create and iterate on visual assets to ensure cohesive, high-performing communication across the entire marketing funnel.
- Social Media Management: Manage our local social accounts on a daily basis, fostering community engagement and sharing valuable insights with the Growth team.
- Brand Experience: Assist our Brand and Partnership Manager in bringing brand activations and partnership events to life.
- Growth Collaboration: Participate in weekly Growth team sprints, with the opportunity to take part of projects led by our Performance Marketing and CRM specialists.

Background & Skills
- Current Student: Pursuing a degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or a related creative field.
- Creative Drive: Eager to learn the "why" behind the "what" and obsessed with high-quality execution.
- Strategic Eye: A strong sense of visual strategy and how design impacts business goals.
- Lifestyle Match: A genuine interest in the fitness and wellness industry.
