  • Triangulate existing research and data to answer new questions, validate hypotheses, and surface patterns.
  • Deliver compelling outputs (presentations, workshops, reports) that engage stakeholders and accelerate adoption.
  • Experiment with new tools, tech, and ways of working-keeping the team agile, lean, and effective.

Who we are looking for:

You're a curious, analytical thinker with a passion for understanding people and turning insights into action. You influence through data-driven storytelling and thrive in collaborative environments. You build strong relationships across diverse, multicultural teams, and you're proactive, adaptable, and excited by emerging technologies (especially AI) that help insights travel farther and faster.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in consumer insights, marketing strategy, or innovation - ideally within consumer goods.
  • Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and an analytical mindset.
  • Proven project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data storytelling expertise - connect, interpret, and present data to guide and drive actionable decisions.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organizations; effective with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Digital fluency and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and trends, especially AI.

  • Discounts on award-winning Electrolux products and services
  • Family-friendly benefits
