As a Client Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of ongoing assignment delivery to specific clients. You'll collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and act as second-line support for clients and consultants.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Foster smooth collaboration with partners, professionals, and hiring managers on the client side.
- Efficiently manage and administer client mailbox.
- Handle issues in ongoing assignment delivery, providing Ework-specific guidance and support.
- Lead, manage, and administer extension processes.
- Manage incoming client-specific requests and cases in collaboration with support.
- Work in client systems.

Ideal Candidate:

- Demonstrates effective communication in complex situations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting communication style to various audiences.
- Can identify and resolve routine issues in ongoing assignment delivery.
- Ability to manage client relationships, anticipating needs, and providing proactive support.
- Exhibits a good understanding of clients' businesses.
- Proficient in optimizing existing processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Fluent Swedish (must have)
- Experience in office work in international environment
- Experience in working in Client-facing roles is a big plus
- Good document and system handling.
