We are looking for an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the company into its next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to shape the strategic direction and drive long-term value creation.

Trade finance is essential for global trade, and global trade is vital to global economic growth, development, and innovation. Mitigram is the leading digital platform for global trade financing and on a journey of building the largest and most comprehensive trade finance network.

As CEO, you will be responsible for overall leadership, strategy, and execution-working closely with the Board, leadership team, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term goals

Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team

Drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence

Build strong relationships with investors, partners, and key customers

Ensure organizational alignment and a strong company culture

Represent the company externally as its primary spokesperson

Who You Are

A proven leader with experience in Trade Finance

Strong track record of scaling a business / leading transformation

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

Commercially driven with deep understanding of growth and value creation

Excellent communicator with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders

Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complexity

Experience

Previous CEO or senior executive experience (e.g., COO, CPO, Managing Director)

Experience in SaaS and Trade Finance

Experience working with a Board and investors
