Capital Markets - a part of our Advisory organization
At Advisory, we are organized into four units: Consulting & Strategy, Deals, Capital Markets, Reporting & Regulation, and Legal & Forensic. With a diverse mix of skills and backgrounds, Advisory offers holistic solutions that provide our clients with unique perspectives and insights, helping them address complex business challenges from strategy through execution.
Within our Capital Markets practice, we advise clients across areas including corporate governance, risk and policy management, financial and sustainability reporting, HR, tax, IT, and more, collaborating with specialists in each field. We continuously explore how AI and new technology can enhance our services and delivery.
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Capital Markets team, where you can contribute across multiple areas based on your experience and continuously broaden your expertise.

- Support our clients through the entire IPO process from a preparation perspective; from initial discussions to the first day of trading.
- Be engaged in projects serving to improve our client's governance structures and related maturity to enable their full business potential.
- Be engaged in projects supporting our clients to enhance their maturity within various areas such as policy management, risk management and internal controls, financial governance, sustainability, etc.
- Have the opportunity to work with AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to develop and improve our advisory services.

Skills & Requirements What are we looking for in this position?
We are looking for professionals with experience within the following areas:
- IPO readiness and/or corporate governance in a listed environment
- External or internal audits
- Risk management and internal control
- Financial governance
- Project management in finance, or experience from a more senior position in the finance department of a listed company
In addition to above, the following background and skills are preferred:
- University degree, for example in business administration, finance, law, economics or engineering
- 2-6 years of work experience
- High work capacity
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Initiative-taking, entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset
- Interest in capital markets and related areas
- Proficient in English and Swedish, written and spoken
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point and Excel primarily)
- Interest in and curiosity about AI and technology, and how these can be leveraged to develop and enhance our services and client delivery
Project management skills are important in this role, and something that you will have the opportunity to further develop. To perform well in Capital Markets, we think you are detailed oriented, skilled at relationship-building, able to handle changing priorities, innovative, and have the ability to deliver solutions under tight deadlines. As part of the selection, we use psychometric tests to ensure an objective, unbiased, and fair selection. The assessments include a personality test and a deductive reasoning test.
We value the personal meeting to understand the value you can bring to PwC and what we can offer you. The interview process usually consists of multiple stages and various types of interviews. When meeting with HR, you will have a competency-based interview where we examine the personality test you completed before the interview. During the interview with the business, you will have the opportunity to meet with the relevant team to discuss the role. We call for interviews continuously.
