Business Development Representative

As we deliver our ambitious2030 Growth Strategy, we are looking for a motivated andpositive approach to outreach work as Business Development Representative(BDR) to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you will be at theforefront of identifying new business opportunities, building strong customerrelationships, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach andqualification of leads.

As a key contributor to our businessgrowth, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success toensure we connect with potential clients in a meaningful way.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to engage confidently with prospects (Swedish and English working language).
  • Values collaborative work and supporting team outcomes.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for developing new business.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and operate in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage (not required).
  • Prestige less attitude and being a great team player.
  • Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Sales, or similar (or equivalent work experience).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Some experience within the consumer care sector, specialties in the chemistry industry.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Identify, research, and engage prospective customers through outbound calls, email outreach, networking channels, and digital platforms.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to strong pipeline development for the sales team.
  • Understanding customer needs, challenges, and pain points to position relevant solutions and value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market research initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to share insights on lead quality, customer trends, and market dynamics.
  • Supporting and coordinating marketing activities - Primarily initiated by Head Quarter
