Are you an experienced Business Data Lead with a passion for data transformation and SAP S/4HANA? We're supporting a leading company in the Paper & Pulp industry on a major ERP transformation journey-and we're looking for the right expert to join the A2D (Acquire to Dispose) workstream.

Location: Solna, Sweden (with some international travel)

Start: ASAP

Duration: Long-term program (roadmap through 2029)

Your Role

You'll play a key role in driving data migration, governance, and master data management, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and global process owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion activities (mapping, cleansing, enrichment)

• Define and implement Master Data Management (MDM) processes

• Support test data preparation and validation

• Establish governance structures for data ahead of go-live

• Collaborate across workstreams and with data enablement teams

We're Looking For

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and data migration

• Proven background in Master Data Management & Governance

• Experience in SAP implementation programs

• Knowledge of ETL tools, Syniti, Jira

• Experience within sales & supply chain data

• Fluency in English and Swedish

Bonus if you have experience in pulp & paper, Maximo/IFS, or global transformation programs.
