We are looking for a Business Application Expertwho wants to be part of our company. Vivicta is a true multi-cloud platform provider with a full range of infrastructure choices at scale. We are fueling rapid software development and data innovation with strong security, scalability, speed, and savings for businesses.

We are building a new business IT function and anew team that will be responsible for the Vivicta internal IT needs. The function will be responsible for providing the business IT services to Vivicta business and the whole service lifecycle. The scope covers both core IT capabilities like collaboration solutions, workstations, office network etc. as well as business applications, integrations, and data management.

This is an opportunity to join a team that will create and provide world class business IT solutions and services for a major IT service provider.

When joining Vivicta as a Business Application Expert, you will:

• Secure that functionality of the applications in the domain meet the business need
• Ensure that system and service requirements are documented
• Ensure that systems are integrated according to need and that integrations are documented
• Understand the business processes relevant to the domain and how processes work through the systems and take that into design
• Ensure that data design for the systems is done
• Support key users in functional topics
• Design and plan changes to applications in the domain
• Perform configuration tasks (in case applicable)

As a Business Application Expert, you will bring expertise to:

• Configure and customize Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) to meet business needs.
• Design and document system integrations between systems un scope
• Design data migration and conversion activities (FBDI, ADFdi, SQL/PLSQL) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Design, develop and maintain reports and dashboards in reporting and EPM solution (now OTBI, BI Publisher, Hyperion, and Workday Adaptive Planning)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications, ensuring performance, security, and audit compliance

Who are we looking for:

• You have previous experience in Oracle EBS and EPM solutions (e.g. HFM Hyperion and Workday Adaptive)and financial management processes
• You have previous experience in designing system integrations using APIs
• Fluent in the English language both verbal and writing
• Collaborator supporting success of the Vivicta business
• Promoting and providing deep expertise in the domain
• Fact based decision making and taking accountability
• Strives success of the services and supported business processes
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience from the IT industry in similar role is preferrable
• Suitable academic degree
