We're now looking for a Business & Partnerships Sales Specialist to drive our B2B growth and build strategic partnerships across Sweden and beyond.

The Role

This is not a passive sales role. You will be responsible for opening doors, building relationships, and closing high-value partnerships.

Your mission:

Turn Min Vitamix into the go-to personalised supplement partner for clinics, wellness brands, and health-focused businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target high-value B2B partners (clinics, wellness centers, gyms, health platforms, corporate wellness providers)

Develop and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline

Build and close strategic partnerships

Lead meetings, pitches, and negotiations with decision-makers

Create partnership proposals tailored to each client

Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns

Represent Min Vitamix at events, networking opportunities, and industry meetups

Continuously refine the B2B sales strategy

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development

Strong network in health, wellness, fitness, or medical sectors (a big plus)

Comfortable with outbound sales and relationship building

Entrepreneurial mindset - you take ownership and get things done

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in startups or high-growth environments is a plus

Passion for health, wellness, or biohacking is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree minimum, preferably Master's
