THE OPPORTUNITY
AsBrand Manager within Therapeutic Area ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease), you will develop, implement and execute strategic plans for our leading products. You aim to optimize sales, market share and revenue growth of our brands in the short and long term. Additionally, you will give input and feedback for the local market, forecasting, competitor information and customer insights.
This position requires strong knowledge within marketing, financial understanding, and proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, but also a good understanding of market access and medical related topics to be able to lead the cross functional Asset team.
As Asset lead you will have the accountability for the Asset Team's objectives, goals, and strategy. You will p rovide direction, sets the ambition, lead the overall strategy for the asset, be part of co-creation of asset strategy and be accountable for different planning processes and execution excellence of the strategy.
The role as Asset lead is not a dedicated position but a concurrent role within existing function . Change of Asset lead is possible over time depending on life cycle of the assets and priorities within the TA and portfolio.
This position is based in Stockholm and will require occasional travel. This position reports directly to the Head of Therapeutic Area ILD.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the regional center and the local asset team to achieve financial sales targets for promoted products.
- Lead the local cross functional asset team and the local product/indication launch readiness process. The role as asset lead is not a dedicated position but a concurrent role within an existing function .
- Execute the brand strategy according to the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP).
- Ensure and drive effective omni-channel plan in close collaboration with Omnichannel Manager using customer and market insights to maximize short-, medium- and long-term objectives.
- Apply rapid learning and optimization to all marketing, medical and market access activities based on data-driven insights.
- Understand and leverage customer engagement data to improve marketing strategies and initiatives in the omnichannel landscape.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders: in close cooperation with medical and field operations, conduct regular field visits to stay customer focused and keep up to date with regards the competitive environment.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Pharmaceutics, Medicine or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Documented cross-functional leadership & launch experience.
- Previous experience in Sales, Market access and/or Medical related roles within Specialty Care is preferred.
- Good understanding of Swedish Health Care environment, e.g. market access related topics both on regional and national level.
- Experience within the Pulmonary Fibrosis, Oncology or Rare Diseases field is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
- Structure and efficiency.
- Experience with interpretation and communication of scientific data.
- Excellent command of the Swedish & English languages.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong team player with open and transparent way of communicating.
- Strategic mindset is key - ability to define concrete planes based on customer insights.
- A gile and a born strategic thinker with a growth mind-set and a profound knowledge of multi- and omni-channel customer plans.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Ability to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects, including reporting.
- Ability to influence a wide range of (internal and external) stakeholders in a matrix organization to achieve common goals.
