About BNEW:
Business Area Networks (BNEW) is where 5G was born! We're a global team of approx. 30,000 in 94 countries, with 138 nationalities represented. About half of us work in R&D, approx. 8,000 in Group Supply and 5,000 in Service Area Networks. BNEW holds the group responsibility for Supply and part of Service Delivery.

What you will do:
Collaborate with TR SMEs across Ericsson to revolutionize every dimension of Total Rewards:
• Base Pay Management - Together with our global TR team Design equitable compensation structures that reflect market dynamics and internal fairness
• Variable Pay - Create performance-driven reward mechanisms that energize and align teams with business outcomes
• Recognition - Build meaningful moments of appreciation that strengthen culture and belonging
• Progressive, Flexible Benefits and Wellbeing - Champion holistic programs that support diverse lifestyles and life stages
• Retirement Benefits - Secure futures through thoughtful, sustainable pension strategies
Transforming TR Through AI: We are on a journey to shape the organization and the people function thru usage of AI.
You'll lead the charge in leveraging artificial intelligence to revolutionize our Total Rewards function in BNEW. Envision using AI to analyze compensation equity in real-time, predict retention risks before they materialize, and personalize benefits recommendations for individual employees. You'll implement intelligent automation that eliminates manual processes, freeing up time for you and the people organization to focus on strategic thinking and human connection. Through predictive analytics, you'll uncover hidden patterns linking engagement, performance, and reward effectiveness-transforming data into actionable insights that drive both business results and employee satisfaction. This is about building a smarter, faster, more responsive TR function that anticipates needs rather than reacts to them.
The skills you bring:
• Genuine passion for Total Rewards and Analytics, backed by proven experience
• Expertise in benefits design.
• Exceptional communication abilities-you can inspire C-suite executives and frontline managers alike
• Natural collaboration skills that break down silos and build bridges across functions
• A forward-thinking mindset ready to modernize TR by connecting engagement and performance with reward strategies, and embracing AI to create leaner, more intelligent processes
• 10+ years pioneering Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, and/or Total Rewards
• International experience navigating multi-country complexities and country-specific legislation
• Mastery of compensation benchmarking tools, analytics platforms, and HR technology
• Ability to balance visionary strategy with practical execution
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
