About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedAssistant Product Managerto join our European team in Solna. You will play a key role in maintaining our ERP system, ensuring accurate costing, pricing, and product details. You will also support pro services with product knowledge sessions, order tracking, and follow-up activities across a range of product department projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Line list coordination: Coordinate line lists and product code creation.
  • ERP accuracy: Ensure that correct product information is entered into the ERP system.
  • Sample tracking: Track the sample process to ensure all samples are ordered and delivered.
  • Event support: Assist in the setup of trade shows, demo days, and other events.
  • Pro services support: Support the pro service business, especially for distributors, to maximize pro usage.
  • Special projects: Manage special projects as assigned.
  • Team contribution: Support general projects within the product department.

Your profile
  • Experience: 2-3 years in product or project management.
  • Education: University degree or secondary education in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Languages: Fluent in Swedish; advanced English skills.
  • Work style: Strong communication skills with a responsible, well-organized work ethic.
  • Systems: Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
  • Tools: Good working knowledge of MS Office.

  • Passion: Strong interest in ice hockey and sports in general is an advantage.
