Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Transformation Specialist

What You Will Work On

Monitor and analyze developments in AI technologies, tools, and methodologies

Evaluate, test, and recommend AI tools and solutions

Define guidelines and best practices for AI usage

Train, coach, and support teams in adopting AI in daily work

Conduct workshops, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Identify high-impact use cases where AI creates business value

Drive implementation of AI-driven ways of working across the organization

Collaborate closely with CTO, engineering leadership, and technical teams

What You Bring

Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-assisted workflows

Good understanding of modern software development practices

Knowledge of how AI can improve development and testing processes

Experience translating technology into practical working methods

Experience conducting training sessions, workshops, or presentations

Experience driving adoption, transformation, or change initiatives

Ability to work closely with both technical teams and leadership
