Assignment Description

We are looking for an Agile Product Leader

What You Will Work On

Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365

Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and dependencies

Analyze and document business processes and requirements

Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications

Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT

Support solution design, testing, and acceptance processes

Ensure alignment with architectural principles and integration standards

Track performance and outcomes using KPIs and data-driven insights

Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes and ways of working

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role

Experience working within ERP environments

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Strong experience in requirements management and process modeling

Experience working in agile environments

Understanding of end-to-end business processes, preferably Order-to-Delivery

Good understanding of system architecture and integration principles

Ability to analyze data and track performance using KPIs
