Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ADDS Technician to strengthen our Directory Services team. In this role, you will work hands-on with advanced Active Directory environments, authentication and identity solutions, security improvements, and automation initiatives.

You'll be part of a diverse, international team - therefore, strong communication skills in English are required.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and develop our Active Directory environments
• Ensure domain controller health, replication stability, and proper DNS integration
• Implement and monitor AD security policies and access controls
• Support hybrid identity scenarios involving Entra
• Troubleshoot complex AD-related issues
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
• Collaborate with IT operations, network, and security teams
• Participate in system upgrades, patch management, and disaster recovery planning

Who You Are

You are a problem-solver with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for identity, security, and directory services.

Mandatory Requierments:

• Proven experience administering Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS)
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell (automation, scripting, reporting)
• Solid understanding of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Experience with Entra and IAM principles
• Ability to troubleshoot complex AD issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in enterprise-scale or multi-domain environments
• Broader IAM/security experience
