Job Description

Our customers demand a high-performance supplier and to continue to meet this demand ADI are now looking for an experiencedAccount Managerto join our successful sales team in Stockholm, Sweden.

In this role you will focus will be to build strong, long-term customer relationships and gain a deep understanding of each customer's business to provide the most relevant products, solutions, and value.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Manage, grow, and nurture long-term relationships with our customers
  • Understand customer needs and position ADI solutions that deliver mutual value
  • Identify and convert new opportunities-both within existing accounts and from competitors
  • You will be responsible for planning appointments and promoting ADI's value proposition to encourage customers to place more business with ADI.
  • Customer management from start to finish with the aim of building a sustainable relationship and growing turnover and margin.
  • You will identify the market potential and recognise opportunities and threats in the market. You follow developments at competitors and share this information within the organisation.
  • You will analyse the sales figures, recognise crucial developments and have a plan on how to achieve the turnover and margin objectives.


YOU MUST HAVE:
  • You will have outside/field based sales experience within electronic security industry
  • Experienced in B2B sales environment that is fast paced with a high number of SKUs or short sales cycle
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Driving license

  • Commercially astute with an understanding of the dynamics of sales growth, margin and profitability, able to structure deals and work the ADI value proposition
