Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Serve as the primary point of contact and reporting liaison to the Complete Vehicle Project Manager.
• Act as the single point of contact for testing with the Vehicle Technology team.
• Organize tests and assist test engineers in ensuring all mandatory routines are established.
• Support visitors seeking access to different test tracks and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct risk analyses before driving on test tracks and follow up on the results.
• Develop and implement routines for vehicle status and sign-off processes to ensure safe driving.
• Facilitate autonomous driving tests, prioritizing safety at all times.
• Provide driver and mechanic resources to support testing activities.
• Balance practical and analytical tasks effectively.

• A strong background in automotive testing and/or project leadership.
• The ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment with diverse tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of people.
• A structured approach to work, with the ability to set and meet demands.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Previous experience in complete vehicle testing (highly desirable).
• Knowledge of 5G network technology (a plus).
• A positive, adaptable mindset and a strong sense of team spirit.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a willingness to embrace unexpected changes.
• A valid driver’s license (B); a C/CE driver license is a plus but not required.
