We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Content Manager to coordinate content projects, manage our social media channels, and produce top-quality guides, one-pagers, and client case studies.   • Content Coordination: Oversee the planning, creation, and delivery of content projects, ensuring alignment with our brand and business goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality guides, one-pagers, and case studies that resonate with our target audience, with support from our advisory and sales teams.
  • Client Cases: Collaborate with Sysarb’s Head of Brand & Communications and the sales team to capture and showcase client success stories in compelling formats.
  • Visual Content Production: Use tools like Canva, Adobe or Figma to create visually appealing content.
  • AI & Tools Utilization: Leverage AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Blaze.ai, to enhance content efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, AI developments, and best practices to keep our content strategies cutting-edge.
  • Newsletter Management: Contribute to Sysarb’s newsletter by managing content creation and copywriting tailored for Sysarbs target audience.
  • Global Content Coordination: Assist in coordinating copy projects and communication initiatives with Sysarb’s global partners.
  • Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, creating engaging posts and campaigns.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in content management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn & Instagram).
  • Experience with visual programs such as Figma, Adobe, and/or Canva.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for storytelling. Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous but not required
  • Knowledge of modern AI tools and their application in content creation.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-growing tech company within communication and marketing.
The following are considered merits:
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with Monday.com
  • Proven expertise in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding and experience working with; HR, Pay Transparency, Compensation Management, with an ability to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • It’s a plus if you are proficient in an additional language, such as German, Spanish, Dutch, or French.
