As a Salesforce Administrator in the CRM Systems team at Epidemic Sound, you will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our Salesforce system remains efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders across the organization in order to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and solutions using Salesforce.

What you can expect to work on;

• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet our specific business needs, including Flows, automation rules, custom fields, and objects.

• Own and enhance our support process to ensure our team and stakeholders have the tools and workflows they need.

• Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce through data cleansing, de-duping, and other data management techniques.

• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and release notes to facilitate user training and communication.

• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to ensure we leverage the platform to its fullest potential.

In order for you to thrive in this role, we believe that you have;

• A proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Salesforce setup and configuration, including user management, security, and data management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.
