If so, we invite you to consider the role of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager within our organization. This role is located in Sundsvall and will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain in Operations EMEA.

As a S&OP Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our products reach our customers reliably and efficiently. You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, such as Regional Sales, Marketing, Product Management, R&D and suppliers.


Key duties:

  • Optimize the S&OP Process: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Forecast Accuracy: Lead efforts to improve forecast accuracy through collaborative forecasting.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels and drive supply chain efficiency.
  • Supplier Performance: Analyze and evaluate supplier performance, initiating improvements.
  • Phase In/Out Management: Stay ahead of market and R&D phase in/out activities to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Provide critical insights through reports and metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Be part of our dynamic Continuous Improvement culture.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, S&OP, forecasting, and/or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
