Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Product Development Project Manager/Lead to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Manage complex projects with significant impact on the business, including high-stakes deliveries.
• Prepare and oversee designs, specifications, project schedules, and cost estimates.
• Monitor progress and performance against project plans, addressing operational challenges and minimizing delays.
• Identify, develop, and gather resources necessary for successful project completion.
• Lead and coach teams on applying project management expertise and best practices.
• Provide guidance, review work, and delegate tasks to junior professionals to ensure project goals are met.
• Tackle complex and challenging problems, implementing solutions that align with project objectives and business goals.

What you bring:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product development project management.
• Specialized expertise in managing large projects or end-to-end processes with limited oversight.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, designs, and work specifications.
• Proficiency in developing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Experience selecting and coordinating materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
• Certification in project management is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex issues effectively.
• Ability to coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
