Job summary

We are looking for a new member in Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) within Tetra Pak Services, the central organization which is responsible for fast and effective issue resolution to deliver world class customer experience. We care about our customers issues, and we are efficient and productive in resolving claims​. We build technical readiness to enable and empower markets to successfully deploy new solutions​ and we protect Quality and Safety making CIR a great place to work. In this role we can offer you challenging objectives in a dynamic organization.

This is a permanent position based in Lund, Sweden. You will report directly to Director Customer Issue Resolution within Services. Travels may include 25% to 30% of the time.

What you will do

· Responsible for leading and managing the deployment of New Products within the geography, following strategic and business needs with focus readiness of Services organisation.

· Manage and lead regions Product Deployment Maturity - Accomplishment and improvement of risk assessment, field force competence development plan, project timeline/activities and budget and lessons learned - for both packaging and processing deployments – Managing and improving NPI framework, tools and templates for cluster strategy plan and global process.

· Ensure Region NPI Readiness – Manage and Lead Services decisions in new product introduction market & region meetings for all businesses.

· Manage Region NPI Cost Accuracy and Pipeline – Lead Forecast and monthly cost follow up - As defining together with Portfolio short- and long-term Region NPI program plan (3-year plan)

· Follow Up and Support Global Deployment – Secure alignment, decisions and inputs with Technical Support Excellence from TG0 to TG6 for technical feedback on performance, gaps and improvements needed and prioritization for resources to support region’s needs.

· In addition, this position will also act as Global Deployment Lead for the strategic issue resolution program and shall be responsible to support the project team in deployment of the initiative across globe aimed at increasing the issue resolution capacity and responsiveness.

We believe you have

We are looking for an experienced and committed individual with solid (5+ year) relevant experience in product deployment and project management at global level.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are well organized and thorough with details. It is also essential that you possess good communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Excellent interpersonal and English language skills, spoken as well as written, are also required.
