Right now, we are looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect to take lead regarding our target architecture for the Aftermarket capabilities, e.g. Service, Support, Parts, Warranty, etc… You will be an important member of the information management and enterprise architecture team and work very close with the Aftermarket lifecycle team in Digital and IT and cooperate with stakeholders both within and outside the company. The Enterprise Architect must understand and interpret requirements, gather information, influence people, facilitate consensus building, synthesize and translate ideas and requirements into actionable roadmaps supporting the business strategy / business objectives. Opportunity description Lead the target architecture work for the Aftermarket capabilities across the enterprise “end-to-end” to ensure we find the right balance in the architecture to meet strategic needs of the company as well as enabling operational excellence. Identify and analyze critical information flows to understand, plan, develop and control the information architecture to improve the potential business value of our information assets. Engage at an early stage with initiatives in our large transformation programs to provide architectural insight and guidance. Safeguard quality over time in activities across all architectural disciplines, in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders. Cooperate with other enterprise architects to ensure a consistent and complete target architecture for Volvo CE where you play a key part to ensure we get the full value of the product and machine lifecycle capabilities across all functions end-to-end and also enabling service offers to customers. In this position you will also work with Solution Architecture related tasks for some of our key initiatives in this area. Many years of experience from working with enterprise architecture across mega-processes and functions in a large enterprise. Experience from the domain of Aftermarket as well as services. Experience from- and an interest in working with Solution Architecture in this area. You have great communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a “can-do” mindset. Dare to try and take decisions. Curious and the ability to understand the potential of technology and IS/IT solutions. Proactively and voluntarily takes the first steps to identify and address issues and opportunities.
