Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Junior HSE Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Assist the HSE manager in daily tasks to maintain and improve safety protocols and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and best practices.
• Provide support in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and safety briefings to promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor ongoing construction and machine-related projects for HSE compliance and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of safety incidents, inspections, and audits, and report findings to management.

What You Bring:

• A relevant educational background, such as a degree or certification in HSE, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
• A few years of experience in HSE assignments, with exposure to construction and machine-related projects.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing safety issues.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, providing support and relief to the HSE manager as needed.
• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance in the workplace.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
