Internal Communications Officer, ALTEN Nordics

OUR MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT IS LOOKING FOR A FINNISH SPEAKING INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER TO OPERATE IN OUT NORDIC PERIMETER – SWEDEN AND FINLAND. THE FUNCTION Working closely with the External Communications Officer in the Nordics, you will have the key role to define strategies and deploy the communications plans to: - Inform & engage employees - Enhance employee experience - Attract talents & potential clients YOUR MAIN PROJECTS AND MISSIONS ARE: - Creating digital contents for the internal & external use (newsletters, articles, videos, presentations...) - Managing the intranet for both Finland and Sweden - Developing the internal ambassadors’ communities - Managing merchandise material - Planning and executing fairs and events - both targeting candidates and customers - Participate in international transversal projects PROFILE REQUIREMENTS - Education: master’s degree in Management, Communication or Marketing - Experience: Up to five years of professional experience (Where previous experience from an international environment is a plus) - Language: Professional (C2) level of Swedish, Finnish and English - Skills: good writing, summarizing, and communication skills. Good project management abilities - Location: Stockholm (preferably) or Helsinki. The position is a full-time and permanent position, with a probationary period of 6 months. Starting immediately or according to agreement. Business travels to Finland and within Europe will occur.
