Customer Service Executive

Mission

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Customer Service Team based in Åmål, Sweden. This is a rewarding role in which you will contribute to ensuring the best possible service to our customers, in the most cost efficient way, at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Order management A-Z; registration, monitoring and invoicing on SAP.
  • Respond, through various communication channels and in a timely manner, to questions and enquiries from our customers regarding various topics such as; orders, deliveries, prices, invoices, certificates etc.
  • Ensure customers are continuously updated on their orders in case of delays or any other discrepancy against their confirmed order.
  • Ensure that the Incoterms, payment terms, prices etc. are accurate and according to customer contracts on our sales orders on SAP.
  • Support the sales organisation in the quote process if/ when needed
  • Ensure that claims and complaints are correctly registered if/ when administrative support from the sales organisation is requested
  • Support the Calderys cash collection team and financial service centre on reducing the overdue accounts.
  • Ensure the accuracy of sales prices on SAP and maintain customer prices on SAP Administration of customer consignment stocks.
  • When requested, obtain transport costs and ensure these are relayed to the customer.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are accurately logged and support cycle counts and reconciliation activities when requested.
  • Actively participate in various activities and workshops connected to continuous improvements within the scope of customer service.
  • Administration connected to dispatch of customer orders.
  • Other tasks may be included depending on local organization/ needs.
  • Import/ export declarations o Issuing of different types of certificates
  • Stock replenishments
  • Purchases of office supplies, raw materials and secondary RM
  • Support on various front desk reception tasks; postal services, meeting and meal arrangements etc.


Requirements

  • Working with Google Suite
  • ERP -SAP
  • CRM - Sales Force
  • 2-5 years of previous experience from similar administrative role
  • Knowledge in import/ export procedures
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Additional language is an advantage as we are operating in an international environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Agile and flexible
  • Team Spirit and collaboration


The job is Fulltime, starting date as soon as possible.
