Customer Project Manager

Role Scope: As a Customer Project Manager at Hantverksdata, you will be responsible for implementation of new clients across all stages; from discovery to acceptance and through to closure. You ensure that we deliver and execute the projects on time, with the expected quality and within budget. You will manage parallel projects simultaneously and work closely with all stakeholders in the chain; our internal cross-functional teams, our partners and of course our customers. What you will do: - Drive complex, high priority implementation projects by coordinating and leading cross functional teams, customers, and partners. - Provide clear and concise project management deliverables and communications, ensuring that the customer experience is optimal and continuously improved. - Ensure that Project Management standards are used when driving projects, while adhering to the project management methodology and supporting use of the common framework. - Build competence in the Entré product, actively developing and proactively sharing knowledge within the team. Skills & Requirements: - Engaging, customer-focused consultant who takes pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. - Proven track record in successfully managing projects with multiple workstreams and diverse stakeholders. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on ERP system experience: We are specifically seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in managing orders, projects, services, and administrative functions within accounting and payroll modules. - Outstanding project management skills, adept at managing scope, mitigating risks, controlling changes, and ensuring transparent communication with customers. - Well-versed in documenting processes and addressing customer concerns with a keen understanding of their needs. - Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish & English, facilitating effective communication and seamless interactions with clients. - But most importantly, we want someone who is organized, proactive and customer-centric!
