About the position You will be part of the team Business Analysis and Change CS at our IT delivery organization whose purpose is to be part of creating value for our customers through innovative IT solutions. Our team is the bridge between Business and IT, and key players in making demand to delivery possible and ongoing. In your role as Business Analyst, you will drive the process of identifying, structuring and creating a shared understanding of business requirements among business and IT colleagues. You will work closely with the business and IT teams to create and evaluate solution designs that realize valuable functionality to our customers and businesses. It is important that you challenge and support your colleagues to get maximum value from our IT systems. We primarily use English as our working language. Your role includes tasks such as: * Facilitate stakeholder workshops to create agreement and a shared understanding of business and solution requirements. * Document business process and corresponding IT solution requirements. * Support/coordinate with several teams during development cycles. Profile Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. We value your interest in technical solutions, but we also believe that you have a strong interest in combining business needs and technology to help E.ON become more digital and the preferred choice for our customers.   Key Requirements: * Experience working as a Business Analyst, driving the analysis and implementation of IT solutions. * Strong proficiency in JIRA or similar tools * Experienced in Agile methodology and Scrum teams * Good analytical/communication skills Additional proficiency in SAP or Sales Force would be advantageous but not mandatory.
