About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you are a team player and will be working closely with our company data stake holders, supporting them in managing strategic accounts and delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include business management, handling technical and business requests, and continuously improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Specific responsibilities include, reporting metrics, suggesting operation improvement by using business analytical skills and IT tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Propose and develop improvement plans for company’s performance.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.

Data analysis by utilizing data techniques and analytical tools to analyze meaningful insights.

Identifying trends and patterns within data to provide valuable business insights.

Forecast and predictive analysis by using historic data to forecast future trends and outcomes.

As Business analysis, you will be closely collaborating with sales system

Education, skills, and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field like business Intelligence or Data analyst:

You have 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis and planning roles

Proficiency in Microsoft office typically in excel and power point

Good command on Power BI and additional knowledge on Power BI and python

You have worked with product description methodology, product structures and change management.

Fluent in spoken and written English
