Biscuit International Sweden is now looking for an energetic and solution-oriented Supply and Demand Planner to act as a liaison between supply chain, operations and sales. With your strong knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and processes you will play a key role in managing the important balance between Supply and Demand. As a Supply and Demand Planner you are responsible for mid and long-term capacity planning, making sure all stock keeping units are produced on time and in full. With your ability to analyse and use critical thinking, you will work to ensure we have the correct processes in place to continuously improve the organization. Together with the rest of the Supply Chain function you will form an excellent team that lead and follow-through on activities and projects that support development and efficiency in our local supply chain. Further more, you will: - Work in close collaboration with sales to develop demand forecasts, support in budgeting and inventory management. - Perform root cause analysis of demand issues and provide permanent resolutions. - Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies. - Assist in developing and executing demand plan to achieve company goals. - Schedule monthly demand and supply review meetings. - Proactively identify supply and demand gaps and propose actions. - Develop an executable master production schedule for manufacturing operations, which balances customer service, material availability, plant capacities and targeted inventory levels. - Challenge Marketing & Sales plans in order to enable excellence in execution, lowest cost and lean assortment. - Work with cross-functional team relationships and stakeholder management. - Develop key production planning principles on machine lines e.g. ABC/XYZ You will report to Supply Chain Manager. We need you have: - 3+ years’ experience in Supply and Demand planning. - A degree, preferably in Business administration, Supply Chain or Operations Management. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish. - An analytical, thorough and solution-oriented mindset. - ERP experience, preferably SAP. - Food, Chemicals or MedTech experience Biscuit International has over 400 years of expertise in delivering excellent taste and value.
