Web Team Lead / Coordinator (Consultant Assignment)

Duration: 4-6 months (parental leave cover)We are looking for a proactive and positive Web Team Lead to coordinate and drive our cross-functional web initiatives during a parental leave period. The role requires a strong technical understanding, excellent coordination skills, and a collaborative mindset.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritise the web team's day-to-day activities, including features, marketing content, campaigns, and releases.
- Lead and maintain the web backlog, ensuring smooth cross-team alignment and delivery.
- Act as a co-driver in Marketing and Growth meetings, contributing to agendas, follow-ups, and execution.
- Work with data: interpret web performance metrics, understand A/B-testing, and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders with a constructive and solution-oriented attitude.
Requirements:
- Strong technical understanding of modern web technologies; preferably with a background in web development.
- Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills - someone who brings energy, clarity, and good structure to the team.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization.
