At Pazzo, we aim to offer our guests a break from everyday life, a small window into the food culture of Italy and France.

All our food is made from scratch, with respect for ingredients, passion for cooking, and attention to detail. Our inspiration comes from small bistros in Paris and traditional trattorias in Tuscany, places where food is about more than taste, but also atmosphere, conversation, and shared moments.

We are located in the center of Skien, a vibrant summer town surrounded by fjords, coastline, and mountains. Many visitors come to the area during the summer season.

We operate with a modern kitchen and a strong team culture, focusing on quality, efficiency, and a positive working environment.

Job description

We are looking for service-minded and positive waiters for the summer season at Pazzo, located in the center of Skien, Norway.

You will be responsible for creating great guest experiences, serving food and drinks, and contributing to a lively and welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications:

.Experience from similar restaurant concepts

. Strong interest in food and wine

.Good knowledge of wine and wine service (important)

.Experience with wine pairing is an advantage

.Fluent English

Personal characteristics:

.Service-minded with attention to detail

.Positive and outgoing attitude

. Strong communication skills

. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

. Structured and reliable

.Team-oriented

.Flexible

.Fluent English (or Scandinavian)

Shift work (day, evening, weekends)

Location: Skien city center, Norway

Around 160 hours
