About the Assignment
You will join a cross-functional team in the energy and electric mobility space, developing digital solutions connected to home charging products. The team works from early concepts and technical strategy to market-ready solutions that support both end users and installation partners.
This role combines UX thinking, frontend development, and cloud capabilities in a collaborative and self-organizing environment, where your work will help improve digital experiences used globally.
Job DescriptionLead UX design for digital tools within the home charging ecosystem
Turn user insights into clear, intuitive interfaces and prototypes
Develop and improve frontend solutions for support dashboards and installer portals
Contribute to cloud development, system integrations, and iterative improvements
Collaborate closely with developers and specialists across the product team
Gather and incorporate feedback from customers and installation partners in different markets
Requirements5+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge
Hands-on experience with Figma for design and prototyping
Hands-on experience with React, including Remix/SPA, Vite, and TanStack Query
Experience conducting user research, ideally with global or diverse user groups
Background in AWS management and DevOps practices
Experience integrating complex systems and optimizing performance
Familiarity with cloud security in distributed systems
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automation and system reliability
Fluent English
Nice to haveExperience with GraphQL
Driver's license (B)
