Do you want to directly influence online sales and customer journeys across three Nordic markets? In this role, you will drive digital merchandising, optimize product visibility and ensure that campaigns and launches perform at their best - combining data, creativity and commercial thinking to create measurable impact.

About the role

As Digital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for how products and campaigns are presented in digital channels across Finland, Norway and Sweden. Your mission is to ensure strong product visibility, smooth purchase flows and high-performing campaigns that drive conversion and revenue.

You will work hands-on in CMS and other digital tools, optimizing content, product presentation and customer journeys based on data and performance insights. The role offers a strong commercial focus and close collaboration with marketing, sales, analytics and local market teams.

This role will be based in Sweden at one of our offices in Gothenburg or Solna

Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Managing digital merchandising and product presentation across channels
  • Updating and optimizing product and campaign content in CMS and other digital tools
  • Ensuring strong execution of campaigns and product launches
  • Monitoring and optimizing KPIs such as traffic, user engagement and campaign performance
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales and analytics teams to improve performance
  • Building effective content and purchase flows for partners
  • Executing personalization tactics in digital channels, following local markets, bringing insight and execute conversion optimization actions.

About you

You are commercially minded, data-driven and enjoy working close to performance and results. You like being hands-on in digital tools and thrive in roles where optimization and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.

We believe you bring:
  • Experience from digital merchandising or Commerce
  • Strong skills in CMS, digital commerce platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience working with personalization is considered a plus
  • Understanding of Nordic or international markets
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams and markets
  • A proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
