Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Developer

What You Will Work On

Design and implement performance testing strategies for complex systems

Develop and execute system-wide performance tests

Build and implement observability solutions (metrics, logs, tracing)

Set up and maintain dashboards, alerts, and monitoring tools

Analyze test and production data to identify bottlenecks and performance issues

Conduct targeted performance testing and optimization activities

Contribute to data-driven decision-making for system quality and stability

Collaborate closely with development teams in Agile environments

Produce reports and recommendations based on test results

Support the team in establishing best practices in observability and performance engineering

What You Bring

Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance testing within complex environments

Strong experience in planning and executing system-level performance tests

Experience with Locust (or similar performance testing tools)

Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)

Experience implementing metrics, logs, and tracing in applications

Strong ability to analyze performance data from both testing and production

Experience working closely with development teams in Agile environments

Ability to implement solutions through code or configuration

Experience creating reports and actionable insights from test results
