Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Automation Engineer / Test Lead

What You Will Work On

Lead and coordinate testing activities for market-specific rollouts

Execute both automated and manual testing across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end scenarios

Design and prepare test cases, scenarios, and test data for complex system integrations

Perform country-specific validations, including regulatory and payment-related testing

Validate product configurations and business rules defined by product stakeholders

Ensure alignment with operational processes, SOPs, and business workflows

Identify, log, and track defects while supporting root-cause analysis and resolution

Collaborate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure smooth delivery

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparation and validation

Provide clear and structured reporting on test progress, risks, and quality metrics

What You Bring

Proven experience in Test Automation and Software Testing

Experience within the banking or financial services domain

Strong expertise in testing across multi-system and integrated environments

Ability to work in multi-cultural, distributed teams

Solid understanding of end-to-end testing processes and quality assurance practices

Experience supporting UAT and business stakeholders

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills

Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
