Key Responsibilities

• Provide process and administrative support within sales to ensure efficient operations.
• Support sales-related activities, including:
  • Managing the administrative tasks of tender business
  • Processing internal orders
  • Communicating product changes
  • Handling campaign inquiries
• Regularly generate or assist in the creation of sales reports to support business insights.
• Support the Country General Manager with various tasks.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Specialized training or certification in systems administration or related fields is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in systems and administrative tasks, with strong technical and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
• Knowledge of LOU is an advantage
• Typically requires 1-4 years of relevant professional experience.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
