Your role

In the role of Technology Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving functional excellence and business value using java technologies. You will act as the Technical/functional SME, responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting the Java Platform.

Required

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, configuration and development in java technologies.

• Java 21 or Java 23, Spring boot 3.x, Spring Data JPA, Gradle

• Open shift, GitHub Actions, GitHub, Sonar Queue, Hazel Cast, MS SQL, Apache Kafka, mTLS, Mockito, JUnit CI/CD, PostMan,

• Swagger API, Spring Open API definition, Grafana, Prometheus alerts, microservices framework

• Knowledge in Genesys Cloud or Automation Testing is an advantage

• Experience in leading and managing team of consultants

Preferred

• Version Control & Ticketing Systems:

o Experience with Git repository and ServiceNow

• Soft Skills:

o Excellent communication skills

o Adaptability in client implementation environments

o Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies for application improvement.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, estimation and work planning.

• Design, development, integration testing and deployment using Java technologies.

• Participate in creating an implementation plan as per the project level quality plan and work on go live activities.

• Respond to production issues, arrive at a solution with inputs from the stakeholders.

• Build repository of knowledge for higher efficiency and effectiveness.
