We're looking for aTechnical Specialistto join us at Telia.I'mBeatrice Elwing, Head of Channels & Sales, SE IT Delivery & Operations Mgmt B2C & AI, and I'm looking for a solution driven - Technical Specialist to join our Retail (Telia Store) team.
As a part of the Retail team, you will work end-to-end- with solutions and processes that need to be stable, scalable, and well aligned with both business needs and architectural principles. You have a strong interest in - or experience of - IT architecture and business requirements, and you are motivated by making a real, tangible impact through development and continuous improvement
What you'll do:
- Designing and contributing toend-to-end- solutions and processes within the Telia Store application landscape.
- Performingmaintenance and lifecycle management activities.
- Collecting, analyzing, and refining requirements in close dialogue with the business and key stakeholders.
- Guiding and supportingagile teams, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and architecturally sound.
- Participating in testing, support, and incident handling.
- Ensuringsolution specific- IT documentation is created and kept up to date throughout design and delivery.
- Working withintegration solutions between applications and platforms.
- Monitoring the market to gain knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies and solutions.
- Contributing tocontinuous improvement of existing solutions and ways of working.
What will help you thrive in this role:
- Strong understanding of business processesand experience working end-to-end with business and IT, from demand to value realization.
- Experience with integration solutions and process documentation.
- Native level fluency in Swedish and professional level fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Passion for new technologies, trends, patterns, and frameworks, with experience working in or with agile teams.
- Beneficial experience with SAFe methodology, Telia Store-related processes, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
