Introducing evroc

At evroc, we are building a secure, sovereign, and sustainable hyperscale cloud to support Europe's digital future.

Our platform spansinfrastructure, core cloud services, and customer-facing capabilities, delivered acrossmulti-zone regionswith a focus on reliability, performance, and security. We are building both the underlying systems and the developer-facing services that make them usable at scale.

About the role

We are looking for aTechnical Program Managerto lead complex, cross-functional programs across evroc's cloud platform.

In this role, you will work acrossinfrastructure, platform, and product engineering teamsto drive delivery of initiatives that span distributed systems, core services, and customer-facing features. These programs often involve coordinating work across multiple layers of the stack - from underlying infrastructure through to APIs and platform capabilities.

You will help translate strategy into execution by aligning teams onscope, sequencing, technical dependencies, and trade-offs, while maintaining momentum in a fast-evolving environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable engaging with system design and architecture, can manage ambiguity, and knows how to drive execution across complex engineering organizations.

What you'll tackle
  • Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs spanning cloud infrastructure, platform services, and customer-facing capabilities.
  • Drive alignment across infrastructure, platform, and product teams on scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery sequencing.
  • Coordinate initiatives that span multi-zone architectures, ensuring readiness across services and systems.
  • Manage dependencies across distributed systems, service layers, and shared platform components.
  • Identify risks related to availability, performance, scalability, and integration across services, and drive mitigation strategies.
  • Support delivery of key initiatives such as new service launches, platform capabilities, and major system upgrades.
  • Translate high-level product and platform strategy into clear execution plans with milestones and ownership.
  • Establish program operating rhythms, including planning cycles, cross-team reviews, and progress tracking.
  • Provide clear communication on program status, risks, and trade-offs to engineering and product leadership.
  • Contribute to improving how evroc executes at scale, including planning frameworks, dependency management, and delivery practices.

What we're looking for
  • Experience leading complex technical programs in cloud, SaaS, or distributed systems environments.
  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage in discussions around system architecture, service design, and technical trade-offs.
  • Experience working across infrastructure and application layers, or platform and product teams.
  • Familiarity with multi-zone or highly available system architectures.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and drive alignment in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong program management fundamentals: planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to translate strategy into execution and maintain momentum across multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have
  • Experience working on cloud platforms or developer-facing services (APIs, compute, storage, networking abstractions).
  • Familiarity with reliability engineering, scalability challenges, or large-scale system operations.
  • Experience in fast-scaling or early-stage environments building foundational platform capabilities.

Why join evroc?
  • Help build a sovereign European cloud platform from the ground up.
  • Work on technically complex systems that span infrastructure, platform, and product layers.
  • Influence how large-scale engineering programs are executed in a growing company.
  • Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and product leaders.
  • Competitive salary and equity package.

At evroc, diversity is our strength. We are committed to building an inclusive environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive.

Applicants must possess a valid work permit.
