Assignment Description

We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner

What You Will Work On

Plan, coordinate, and execute product releases

Improve and optimize release processes and workflows

Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams

Identify and manage risks, blockers, and incidents

Track and analyze release performance using data and KPIs

Support rollout of new features and product enhancements

Ensure high quality, reliability, and stability in deliveries

Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Explore and implement AI-based tools to enhance processes

What You Bring

Technical background or experience in CI/CD, release engineering, or similar areas

Strong communication skills with ability to explain plans, risks, and dependencies clearly

Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives

Structured approach to planning, tracking, and execution

Strong problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis

Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments

Curious and adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new tools and methodologies

Interest in leveraging AI to improve workflows and processes
