Assignment Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead

What You Will Work On

Design and evolve AWS-based cloud solutions that support enterprise workloads with strong focus on scalability, security, and compliance.

Contribute to the organization's multi-cloud platform strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Develop and maintain reference architectures, automation frameworks, and reusable cloud boilerplates.

Enable engineering teams by implementing governance models, guardrails, and developer platform tooling.

Improve cloud observability and monitoring using platforms such as Datadog and CloudWatch.

Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices using GitHub and related tooling.

Support cost optimization initiatives and promote efficient usage of cloud infrastructure.

Act as a trusted advisor to engineering teams regarding cloud architecture, security, and operational best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, security, and finance teams.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, cloud communities, and developer enablement initiatives.

What You Bring

Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture and core services including compute, storage, networking, security, and IAM.

Experience working with multi-cloud environments involving AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.

Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog.

Experience with cost optimization strategies and FinOps practices.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

Ability to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Community-oriented mindset with interest in mentoring and enabling engineering teams.

Comfortable working in senior engineering environments within large organizations.
