Team Lead - Physical Security Services & PACS Administration

I'mSofia Eskils, Strategy and Process Manager Physical Security, and I'm searching for two new team members, to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team ensuring secure, compliant physical security operations across Telia's sites and infrastructure.

What you'll do

You will lead and support a team that forms the operational backbone of Telia Sweden's physical security function.

• Lead and support a team of security administrators responsible for daily security operations
• Ensure efficient case handling related to access management, incidents, security systems, and facilities
• Coordinate and follow up on deliveries from external security suppliers, including operational meetings
• Drive continuous improvements, routines, and structured ways of working to maintain high security levels
• Follow up on budget, statistics, and operational performance within the unit
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  

You will work closely with specialists in physical security and collaborate when needed with personnel security and internal investigations. When required, you will also support hands-on operations during peaks or absences to ensure service continuity.

What will help you thrive in this role

You are structured, service-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility in a role with many interfaces.

• Experience in team leadership or operational supervision
• Good technical understanding and confidence navigating multiple support and security systems
• Experience working with physical security systems such as access control, CCTV, or intrusion alarms
• Ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and balance structure with flexibility
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  

Experience from security support functions, minor security-related projects, protective security matters, or work with classified sites is considered a merit.
