Caspeco builds systems for the restaurant and experience industry. Our core products include Booking, Point of Sale, Staffing, and Analytics. Today, we're a team of around 300 employees serving over 6,500 customers. About the role

We're looking for an experienced engineer to step into aTeam Lead role in our PRIM team. This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong technical skills with an interest in leadership and team development.

As Team Lead, you'll be responsible for guiding the team's technical direction while ensuring steady and predictable delivery. You'll work closely with stakeholders and team members in both delivery and discovery, helping the team focus on the right priorities and make sound technical decisions. We value people who are comfortable taking ownership, questioning how things are done, and suggesting improvements when needed.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement while supporting growth and development of a high-performance team.
• Contribute hands-on to the development and maintenance of complex, business-critical systems.
• Work closely with engineers, Product Managers, and UX Designers to deliver cohesive and valuable solutions.
• Drive architectural discussions and evolve our system and service architecture to support scalability and long-term sustainability.
• Communicate technical plans, trade-offs, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Who We Think You Are

• You have strong experience in backend development using C# and .NET Core, and feel confident working in modern backend architectures.
• You have a good understanding of how modern frontend applications work, with experience from TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks.
• You have a solid understanding of system design, distributed architectures, and can design scalable reliable services.
• You take pride in writing clean maintainable code and understanding the importance of quality, performance, and security.
• You communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Bonus skills

• Solid experience with Azure Cloud
• Experience as a Team Leader, Scrum Master or similar
• An interest and proven experience in AI
