About the Role:
In the role of Talent Provider, you will be responsible for finding, assessing, and matching the best candidates to our clients' requests. You will guide Partners and Professionals through the entire process, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage while maintaining strong relationships with both Clients and Professionals. With your business-oriented mindset, you are also confident in conducting negotiations.
You act with transparency and an open mind, as a true team player and share best practices and ideas with your team and across functions. You are eager to continuously grow, take initiative when needed, and contribute to the shared goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, evaluating, and matching candidates to client needs, and proactively presenting them to stakeholders when feasible
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
- Expand Ework's network of partners and professionals based on market demand
- Signing agreements with Partners and Suppliers and securing profitable, high-quality deals in alignment with operational level agreements.
- Stay updated up to date on market trends, relevant skills, and emerging technologies
- Communicate Ework's service offerings and their value proposition effectively
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data in applicable systems.

Who You Are
You are a team player with a talent for building strong relationships, internally but also externally with partners, consultants and clients. You have a passion for sales and finding the right match to the clientclient's needs. You bring curiosity, positivity, and adaptability to everything you do.

We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience within sourcing / search / head hunting / recruitment etc.
- Experience in working with different ATS systems & Supplier Portals / VMS
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken is required)
- Experience within system development, engineering or similar types of IT recruitment/sourcing is nice to have
- Previous experience within team deliveries to clients / SoW delivery is nice to have
- Experience in the Swedish Public Sector and consultant delivery / procurement within LOU/LUF is nice to have
- Education in IT, Human Resources, System Development, Engineering/RnD, Procurement or similar is nice to have
