As Talent Acquisition Specialist at our Stockholm Head Office, your primary responsibility is to attract, identify and hire top talents to support the Nordic market. You will also work closely with our European market in collaboration with recruiters in France & Italy and support on high end-profiles. In this role, you will oversee and enhance our global recruiting and talent acquisition processes while collaborating with our Global People team to ensure these processes are effectively implemented and adhered to in each market. Additionally, you will contribute strategically to broader talent initiatives, including employer branding, talent sourcing and succession planning.

We looking for you who have experience from a similar role, preferably with a luxury fashion interest or experience, and are excited to join us in the journey to scale and develop Recruiting & Talent Acquisition across our entire organisation. WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Talent Acquisition Specialist your main contribution will be to lead the end-to-end recruiting process and take full ownership to further scale and develop in Recruiting & Talent Acquisition. You will play a vital role in driving this by;
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle - from KPI's, workforce planning, job posting, interviewing to onboarding
  • Attract and ensure a positive & professional candidate experience throughout all stages
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, senior leadership and people business partners
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talents
  • Lead strategic initiatives within recruiting, talent and employer branding and implement those processes globally
  • Stay up to date with market trends to drive recruitment best practices

Specific personal qualities for this role:

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Experience in talent sourcing, employer branding and succession planning
  • Knowledge of labour legislation and compliance standards
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Strong MS Office skills (i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
