We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Fenix Outdoor full-time. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our recruitment strategy, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a good candidate experience. You will lead employer branding and onboarding efforts and continuously develop best-in-class hiring processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of recruitment processes across Fenix Outdoor Group, ensuring we attract and hire the right people and competence throughout our global company.You will serve as an expert in our recruitment systems and tools, driving efficiency and excellence in our hiring processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide end-to-end recruitment support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and local HR teams, providing expertise in talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Drive strategic HR initiatives related to Talent, including the development and enhancement of Onboarding processes, driving AI-driven recruitment transformation, and ensuring compliance with the Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Strengthen Employer Branding efforts both internally and externally, ensuring Fenix Outdoor is positioned as an employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and future talent needs.
  • Act as a Product Expert and administrator for key HR and recruitment systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy in recruitment reporting, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual insights.

Requirements Skills & Experience
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - ability to coach and influence hiring managers.
  • Strong interest and curiosity in working with AI-tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Passion for Employer Branding and attracting top talent through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working with HR- and recruitment tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish and/or German is a plus).
